Feedback Complaints

SHED believes in accountability and transparency at all stages of its programming and implementation of projects on ground. The organization has developed policies and procedures to ensure that staff and communities raise their voices regarding information which they believe shows serious risk for, or malpractices in SHED. The complaints redressal mechanism is in place and there is zero tolerance policy regarding malpractices, sexual harassment and internal and external exploitation of the staff and communities. SHED welcomes all such complaints and encourages its staff and community members to launch complaints (if any) and feedback to further improve our services to the marginalized communities.
